We will never forget the years of fire and blood, and forge ahead on a new journey
To commemorate the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese people's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War, our company has meticulously planned a series of educational activities to lead all employees in revisiting red memories and reflecting on their original aspirations and missions, allowing patriotic sentiments to take root and grow through immersive experiences. During the event, company representatives first visited Li Changde, a 90-year-old veteran of the Korean War. Listening to the old hero recall the passionate stories of charging into battle and defending the homeland during the war years, the representatives presented consolation gifts and deep respect, touching the warmth of history and inheriting the spirit of struggle through dialogue with the hero. Zhang Yuping, the second-generation guardian of the Liulisi Martyrs' Cemetery, was invited to the event and emotionally shared the story of two generations' unwavering dedication to protecting the martyrs. Since the Liulisi encounter in 1939, he and his father have braved over seventy years of storms, cleaning tombstones and guarding the loyal souls of the 48 martyrs who sacrificed their lives. Their daily actions embody the sincerity of "never forgetting the path we came from," deeply moving the employees present and making them appreciate the hard-won peace of today.
Guan Donghua, director of the Gao Tang History Exhibition Hall of the Communist Party of China, delivered a lecture titled "Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind." Starting from historical depth and theoretical height, he profoundly addressed core questions such as "Why did the Chinese people choose the Communist Party of China?" and "Why does the Communist Party of China 'work'?" He elaborated on the significance of the Party's self-revolution under new circumstances, injecting spiritual strength into Party members and cadres to uphold their faith and courageously shoulder their missions. At the end of the event, all Party members jointly watched the military parade commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory in the War of Resistance against Japan, further enhancing their national pride and sense of mission in the prosperous era of national prosperity and people's well-being. This multi-dimensional activity, themed "Listening to Heroic Stories, Understanding the Original Aspiration, Studying Party History and Theory, and Witnessing the Glory of Prosperity," allowed employees to truly feel the stark contrast between "the hard times of the past" and "the current peace and prosperity." It not only deepened their historical understanding but also inspired a sense of responsibility to cherish the present and strive for the future. In the future, the Group will continue to advance patriotic education, integrating the red gene into the corporate culture and harnessing the red spirit to gather development momentum, injecting inexhaustible power into the company's high-quality development and the great cause of national rejuvenation.
