The company's fifth vocational skills competition concluded successfully. Under the theme "Precision Assembly, Enhanced Skills, Safety Assurance, and Efficiency Improvement," the event focused on two core competencies: disassembly and assembly of screw reducers, and steel pipe welding. Ten frontline technical experts competed side by side, showcasing their expertise. The competition received strong support and on-site guidance from the Gaotang County Federation of Trade Unions and the Jiangdian Town Trade Union, demonstrating the high priority given by higher authorities to the cultivation of skilled talent within enterprises.
The competition strictly adhered to manufacturing standards and safety regulations, with impartial officiating and orderly proceedings on site. Following intense competition, Zhao Xiao claimed the championship with a high score of 99 points, followed by Wang Shudong and Shi Qingyin as runners-up, Cheng Gang, Liu Yujun, and Yuan Hongtao as third-place winners, and Zhao Yujun, Jiang Xizhen, Yang Zhigang, and Wang Bo receiving the Elite Award.
